We’re family-owned, now led by the third generation, from a head office in Milsbeek near Nijmegen. That’s the whole reason this company still thinks in generations rather than quarters — 80 years and counting.
For a long time our countries worked as islands: Czechia was Czechia, Poland was Poland. That’s changing. Finance sits partly here and partly in Poland, IT works from Poland for the whole group, and a planner in Teplice talks to a workshop in Germany the same week. Wherever you join, you join something wider than your own building.
